SPECIAL TRACK

Digital Game-Based Learning

You are hereby invited to contribute to the dedicated track on digital games-based learning, held during the 2nd EAI International Conference on Design, Learning & Innovation.

As digital game-based learning (DGBL) currently is a highly topical area within different kinds of educational practices (formal, semi-formal or informal). The special track will organize 5-6 authors intending to extend and widen the conference program and its impact in the field of digital game-based learning. In this way, it is the intention to further the main goals of the conference by offering a special space for sharing experiences and best practices and for exercising scientific dialogue on new and innovative developments within the field of digital game-based learning and contribute to innovations for learners in different educational contexts.

We thus welcome and encourage academics as well as designers, game developers, and practitioners in different educational contexts, working in this cross-disciplinary field, to submit a paper to this dedicated track.

All accepted papers will be published by Springer and made available through SpringerLink Digital Library, one of the world's largest scientific libraries.

Accepted Authors will be invited to submit an extended version of their work to a Special Issue in the International Journal Designs for Learning. (https://www.designsforlearning.nu)
